According to a survey on the projected increase of influencer revenues conducted in Indonesia in 2018, 47 percent of influencers surveyed stated that they expected their revenue to double in value in 2018. The relatively high internet and social media penetration in Indonesia were among other factors that have been accelerating the popularity of influencer marketing in the country.
