Australia: average monthly mobile commerce spend by generation 2020

According to a 2020 survey of 1,022 Australian consumers, Gen Y was the generation to spent the most on mobile commerce purchases with an average monthly spending of about 351 Australian dollars. Both Gen Y and the next closest generation, Gen X, spent more than the average online spend of 272 Australian dollars across all five generations. The source also revealed that online commerce adoption in 2020 had overall increased.
