Leading crude oil loading terminals in Venezuela

In 2019, José Terminal, located in northeastern Venezuela, was by far the most important crude oil loading point in the country, accounting for nearly 90 percent of oil export loadings. Amuay Bay's lightering zone trailed in second, with a five percent share of barrels loaded. That year, Venezuela's crude oil production averaged 920 thousand barrels per day.
