Luxury companies: customer relationship ranking in France 2019

When questioned, large groups defined themselves as "customer focused" and this approach has become one of the key points of their strategy. However, according to the 2020 customer relationship ranking, produced by the strategy consulting firm HCG France, there is still work to be done. The first three luxury companies in this ranking were Hermès, L'Oréal and Louis Vuitton, which obtained an average of 13.3/20, 12.27/20, and 11.97/20.
