COVID-19 changes in average spend per shopping trip in a physical store Vietnam 2021
According to a survey on retail shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 53 percent of Vietnamese respondents now spent less per purchase from a physical store and shopped less often than before the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, 17 percent of them stated that they also shop less frequently but spent more each time they went offline shopping.
