Amount spent on Thanksgiving travel in the U.S. 2021

As of October 2021, the share of adults in the United States that planned to spend 500 U.S. dollars or less on Thanksgiving travel was 44.46 percent. Meanwhile, a much smaller share of 2.84 percent planned to spend over two thousand U.S. dollars. Comparatively, 35.41 percent of respondents stated that they would spend nothing on Thanksgiving travel in 2021.
