Gas power production share in Europe 2021, by country

Gas accounted for 95.7 percent of Belarus' electricity generation in 2021, making it the leading country in Europe based on gas power generation share. Malta ranked second, with 87.7 percent of the country's total power generation from gas. By comparison, all other countries had a gas power generation share under 50 percent of the total electricity production.
