Category distribution of online video contents watched in Nigeria 2023
As of the third quarter of 2023, most people in Nigeria watched any kind of online video weekly. This referred to over 91 percent of the internet users in the country. Moreover, around 56 percent of the internet users watched comedy, meme, or viral videos every week, while about 54 percent streamed music videos.
