Most downloaded marketplace apps in the Nordics 2022

In 2022, Amazon was the most downloaded marketplace app in the Nordics region. In Sweden and Denmark, Amazon harvested around 442,000 and 73,000 app downloads, respectively, taking the first spot in both countries. Amazon first launched in this region in Sweden in 2020. The Chinese site AliExpress was the most popular marketplace app in Norway and Finland, with roughly 97,000 and 52,000 app downloads, respectively.
