Average spend on NFL merchandise over the last year in the U.S. by age 2023
Looking at the age distribution of the average expenditure on National Football League merchandise in the United States, younger survey participants were more likely to have spent more money than their older counterparts. In the year preceding January 2023, around 22 percent of respondents aged between 18 and 34 years spent more than 250 U.S. dollars on NFL products, whereas this figure amounted to just six percent for respondents who were 65 and older.
