Annual vacation days for U.S. federal government workers 2023, by length of service
The longer that one has worked for the United States federal government, the more vacation days that are allocated to them annually. For example, when one has worked for one to three years in one of these positions, they are allocated 13 days. The maximum amount has been 26 days per year when one has worked for 15 or more years for the United States federal government.
