Attitudes towards online & physical shopping in Turkey in 2023

According to the results of a survey conducted in Turkey in June 2023, the majority of the participants claimed that they find online shopping more practical and affordable compared to physical store shopping. In contrast, buying from physical stores was considered safer and less problematic by the 60 and 59 percent of the respondents, respectively.
