During the Singles' Day sales in China in 2023, home appliances captured 15.6 percent of the online retail market with an online gross merchandise volume (GMV) of 152.6 billion yuan. Mobile and digital products followed with 138.6 billion yuan, making up 14.2 percent of the market.
