Comparison of media reach in the Netherlands in 2022, by age
It was found that in 2022, traditional media use among younger generations was less popular in the Netherlands. At that time, 48 percent of Gen Z respondents watched traditional TV channels, while the same was true for 85 percent of boomers. Conversely, watching online TV and video was more common among Gen Zers, at 63 percent, compared to 13 percent of boomers.
