Nearly half of Belgian respondents to a 2021 survey reported to subscribe to the SVOD service Netflix, making it the largest subscription video-on-demand platform in Flanders (Belgium). This share steadily increased from 2015 to 2021. Disney+ and domestic Streamz, which was launched in September 2020, were the platforms with the second and third highest subscription shares, at 16 and 11 percent respectively.
