In addition, the Brazilian company sells by-products in the segments of cleaning and hygiene, collagen, can making, biodiesel, recycling and transport. JBS consists of the following business units: JBS Mercosul, JBS USA Beef, JBS USA Poultry, and JBS USA Pork, and has customers in more than 150 countries. The firm went public in 2007.

The business unit JBS USA manages the company’s operations in North America and Australia and is involved in the processing, preparation and packaging of value-added beef, pork, lamb and poultry products.
