In 2020, Estonia recorded the highest number of cinema admissions per capita in Europe, at 1.4. Denmark followed with 1.2 admissions per capita. Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Albania recorded around 0.1 cinema admissions per capita that year. Overall, Russia, France, and the United Kingdom reported the highest numbers of cinema admissions in Europe in 2020.
