As of 2019, 44 percent of Swedish online shoppers had cancelled their purchase because the total price was too high. The second most common reason for cancelling online orders was that the online shop lacked right payment options, according to 36 percent of the respondents that year and 32 percent the year before. 16 percent of respondents cancelled their purchase due to unclear conditions in 2019.
