Bank services brand preferences in the U.S. in 2016, by age group

This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in 2016 among 6,000 adult Americans on their preferred banking services brand. The results were sorted by age group. During the survey, 31 percent of respondents between 18 and 34 years of age stated they preferred the Bank of America; 19.3 percent of respondents aged 35 to 49 and 14.1 percent of respondents aged 50 or older said the same.
