Finland: social media as main news source 2023

According to the 2023 survey, over 30 percent of the respondents aged 18 to 24 years stated that social media and blogs were their main sources for news in Finland. The share of respondents aged 25 to 34 years using social media and blogs as their main news source was 20 percent lower (19 percent), while the share of all other age groups remained below that percentage.
