Improvement areas in municipalities' work with social media in Sweden 2016
This statistic shows results of a survey on possible improvement areas in municipalities' work with social media in Sweden in 2016. Collecting needed material from colleagues outside the organization was on the top of the list with 59,1 percent of municipalities seeing it as an improvement area. Creating engagement was the second biggest improvement area as almost 55 percent of communicators from municipalities stated that they should get better in engaging their readers to like and share the material which is being shared on social media.
