This statistic shows the annual growth in sales of gift cards and vouchers as reported by members of the UK Gift Card and Voucher Association in the second half of 2016 and the second half of 2018, by type. In the second half of 2017 the decline of paper voucher sales in the UK slowed, falling by 4.24 percent compared to 17.1 percent in the second half of 2016. as of the second half of 2018, paper vouchers kept up with digital again, showing a growth of about 75 percent.
