on by City A.M., the place in Great Britain
which has seen the largest average house price increase
this year is Sidcup in Kent. In January, the average price for a home in the area was £406,729 and as of March this had risen by 2.89% to £418,490. Also among the places with the largest growth is Heathfield in East Sussex and Wallngford, Oxfordshire with 2.87% and 2.84% rises respectively. The majority of the biggest growth occurred in the south of England, although towns in Lancashire and West Yorkshire were also present in the top ten.
