Credit to the non-financial sector in developed and emerging countries 2016-2018 In the fourth quarter of 2018, 125.72 trillion U.S. dollars of credit had been lent to the non-financial sector in advanced economies. This is an increase from the fourth quarter of 2017, when 124.35 trillion U.S. dollars of credit was lent to the non-financial sector in advanced economies.
The non-financial sector includes the private non-financial sector and the government sector.
