New Zealand - frequency of trusting information from salespeople 2018

In a survey conducted in late 2018 about the consumer regulatory system in New Zealand, 40 percent of respondents claimed they did not know where to go or were unaware of consumer dispute resolution services, so did not use theses services in the country. In the same survey, 95 percent of respondents claimed that they knew at least a little about consumer rights and laws in New Zealand.
