Most important issues facing women and girls in Colombia 2019

A survey conducted in December 2018 and January 2019 about the situation of women and gender (in)equality around the world revealed that sexual and physical violence were the most important problems affecting women and girls according to Colombian respondents. When asked which were the main issues that women and girls were facing in Colombia, 45 percent of respondents answered sexual violence.
