Share of APAC in Russian goods import volume 2010-2019
Over 29 percent of the total volume of Russian import trade originated in countries of the Asia-Pacific region in the first half of 2019. Between 2010 and 2018, this share increased by over nine percent, marking a significant import growth. In 2018, the value of imports from this region to Russia amounted to approximately three billion U.S. dollars.
