Key department store operators' technology adoption in physical stores in China 2021
According to the survey conducted in 2021, almost 70 percent of the surveyed 85 key department store operators in China had self check-out system in their physical stores, whereas only 6.7 percent reported having virtual mirrors or smart fitting rooms.
