How teens reduce smartphone use in the UK 2019
According to a survey conducted in 2019 on media use among kids and teenagers in the United Kingdom (UK), a number of respondents reported having taken action to curb or reduce smartphone use in the last 6 months. Around 18 percent had removed certain social media apps from their phones, while 17 percent limited screen time. A slightly less popular method for reducing phone use was cutting down on social media time.
