In 2019/20, approximately 36 percent of respondents between 18 and 24 years of age shop at Aldi besides shopping at their main grocery retailer in the United Kingdom. The age group is overall the age group that is least likely to also shop at Aldi, Asda, Iceland, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury and Waitrose compared to other age groups. For other choices of secondary grocer the group ties with another age group or is not the least likely to shop there.
