Colombia: change in supermarket ticket value June 2020
In June 2020, traditional supermarkets were the supermarket format that registered the highest ticket value growth in Colombia. At that point in time, the sales in traditional grocery shops increased by 50 percent when compared to the same month a year earlier. In contrast, the ticket value in discount stores increased by 33 percent.
