Indonesia: frequency of taking dietary supplements by age group 2022

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on dietary supplements in Indonesia conducted in March 2022, 33 percent of respondents between 16 and 24 years old said that they only took dietary supplements when they felt unwell. Dietary supplements included herbal or botanical substances, minerals, or vitamins, taken to supplement the diet to improve health.
