Netherlands: New shopping behaviors since COVID-19 2020

When asked if they had changed their shopping behavior since the dawn of the coronavirus pandemic, just under a quarter of consumers in the Netherlands stated they had tried going to a different retailer, store, or website. Roughly one in ten Dutch shoppers tried a new digital shopping method. Overall, just over half of consumers in the Netherlands had tried something new when shopping since COVID-19.
