The coronavirus pandemic has affected the daily lives of consumers in North America and will also change how people spend the Feast of Saint Patrick, more commonly known as St. Patrick's Day. Roughly half of consumers celebrating this day in 2021 planned to stay home or limit their time in public, as many acknowledge that the COVID-19 crisis is far from over. Furthermore, nearly one in five people intended to spend less money due to financial trouble brought on by the disease.
