Large department store online sales change on Cyber Five in the U.S. 2020
During Cyber Five 2020, Nordstrom and Macy's were the only department stores with an increase in digital sales, with a modest six and four percent growth, respectively, over the same period a year earlier. In contrast, J.C. Penney saw a drop in e-commerce sales of about 34 percent.
