Importance of security when shopping online 2021, by country
A 2021 survey revealed that most consumers across the globe value security when shopping online. While in the United States, Mexico, and Australia, about nine out of ten respondents considered security very important when shopping online. That figure was slightly lower in Canada and the United Kingdom, where 89 percent and 86 percent, respectively, said this aspect was relevant to their e-commerce purchases.
