Chain retail e-commerce gross sales in the U.S. 2021-2026, by business model
In 2021, the U.S. recorded an estimated 908 billion dollars in e-commerce retail sales. Of this value, 68 percent was first-party sales, and the other 32 percent was third-party. Online sales in both business models were forecast to keep growing in the North American country in the coming years.
