Global retail CMOs allocation of budget to digital marketing channels 2021
According to a recent survey conducted among retail CMOs in North America, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, 12.5 percent of marketing budgets in the industry were spent on social marketing in 2021. The same share was devoted to website marketing according to retail marketing professionals.
