Share of flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans in Portugal 2021
In 2021, nearly 17 percent of people between the ages of 25 to 34 years old followed a flexitarian, vegan, or vegetarian diet in Portugal. The share of people following a mainly plant-based diet was lowest in the group of 35 to 44 years olds.
