A European survey conducted in 2023 showed that Polish shoppers were most inclined to shop for beauty products online from abroad. While over a quarter of Polish shoppers reported purchasing beauty products from foreign sites, the Netherlands (21 percent) had the second-most cross-border online cosmetic shoppers, followed by Austria (19 percent), and Italy (18 percent).
