Online shopping: wish for personalized product recommendations 2023, by generation
In 2023, the generational cohort that desired personalized product recommendations the most when making online purchases were Gen Z consumers, with 47 percent of respondents expressing this preference. Millennial shoppers closely followed, with 46 percent. Furthermore, four out of ten Gen X consumers also valued online personalized product recommendations, while Baby Boomers exhibited the least enthusiasm, with only 36 percent indicating their wish for them.
