Price and discounts featured heavily among the key criteria for consumers planning to shop during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Single's Day 2023. Half of respondents said that best value for money and low prices were the most important criteria that influenced their decision on where they planned to shop. Free shipping was also a significant draw for sales shoppers.
