In 2023, research and insights departments in North America and Europe were feeling mostly positive about the potential impact of artificial intelligence (AI) within their enterprise companies. Both insights teams and stakeholders were equally very positive when posed with the AI question, whereas only three percent of the two respondent groups were very cautious about the potential impact of AI.
