UK banking service survey: client opinion on the 'Pure Digital' bank 2014, by age This statistic presents client opinions on the possibility of usage of 'Pure Digital' bank as a new type of financial services provider - by age group, in the United Kingdom (UK), July 2014. Negative reactions to the new banking option outnumbered positive ones for age brackets: 18-24 years old customers and 35+ years old customers, in both categories in ratio of 2:3. The age bracket of 25-34 reacted to this possibility in a more positive way, with 33 percent of respondents being in favour of this banking possibility, and 18 percent being rather against.
