This statistic illustrates the total number of credit card purchase transactions in department store sales for the United Kingdom (UK) between October 2015 to October 2017. It can be seen that the number of purchase transactions fluctuated during the period under observation, reaching a total of more than 5.5 million transactions as of October 2017. The most transactions in one month occurred in December 2015, when almost 11.2 million credit card department store transactions were recorded.
