This statistic shows the results of a survey on the ingredients in food that cause the most worry among consumers in Denmark in 2017. Additives caused the most worry in Denmark. 16 percent of the respondents worried about ingredients in food products stated that they were worried about additives. The ingredient causing the second most worry was E-numbers, with 12 percent of respondents being worried about these substances in their food products. In 2017, a total of 50 percent of the Danish consumers were worried about the ingredients in the food products that they buy.
