BT is the Most Complained about broadband service
Internet in the UK
Most of us have had at least one bad or frustrating experience with our home broadband. Sometimes the service cuts out when you're watching Netflix, or the download speed tanks as you try to get your hands on something from the Steam Summer Sale. For some more than others though, these kind of things happen with a frequency or severity which prompts them to complain to their provider.
In the first three months of 2017, Ofcom says this was most often the case for BT customers. For every 100,000 customers, there were 34 complaints made to the provider. This may not sound like much, but when considering the average is 21, and that Sky boasts a measly 8, it doesn't exactly look good for the company. Talk Talk wasn't too far behind, with 29 complaints per 100,000.
