Statista, in partnership with Newsweek, have conducted a study researching companies in the United States that have exhibited superior customer service in the eyes of their customers. The top list of America’s Best Customer Service 2019 ranks 423 companies across 141 categories. A variety of companies make the list, ranging all the way from airline companies, to fitness centers, to fast-casual restaurants. Over 20,000 consumers were surveyed on their opinions regarding various factors pertaining to customer service, such as a quality of communication, technical competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility. This resulted in awarding the top three companies in each category with America’s Best Customer Service 2019.
Some top performers within their respective categories, as well as the entire ranking, were Publix (9.07) in Supermarkets, Avon (9.02) in Perfume and Cosmetics (Online), and The Ritz Carlton (8.98) in Upscale Hotel Chains (4 to 5 stars). These companies demonstrate excellence when it comes to customer service along with the other outstanding performers recognized in America’s Best Customer Service 2019.
