All registered users acquire simple usage rights to the downloaded statistics for private use. Extended usage rights to the data for commercial purposes are only granted to Professional Account, Enterprise Account, or Campus License customers.

We distinguish between publication rights for scientific and commercial purposes.

Limited publication rights to the downloaded statistics for scientific publications are included in the Campus License.

Publication rights to the downloaded statistics for any other type of publication are granted to Professional Account and Enterprise Account users. This includes the commercial use of the graphs.

All mentioned accounts include publication rights to free content of Statista. No publication rights whatsoever are granted with regard to content that is only available against payment.
