In case you should have forgotten your password, you can simply request to have a reset-password link sent to the email address specified in your account:
1 – Go to the login page by clicking on the top right login button on the navigation bar. Under Additional Services you can find the “Reset your password function”.
2 – After clicking on “Reset your password” you need to enter the email address which is linked to your account.
3 – After you have submitted your email address we will check if your address is stored in our database. If your email address exists as a login or in the address data, the system will send a reset link and a success dialog will appear.
HINT: From time to time our emails might end up in your email application’s or email provider’s spam folder. You should check it in case you do not receive a reset-password email within 10 minutes.
