In case you should have forgotten your password, you can simply request to have a reset-password link sent to the email address specified in your account:
1 – Go to the login page by clicking on the top right login button on the navigation bar. The function Forgot Password
can be found under the request of the login data.
2 – After clicking on Forgot Password?
you need to enter the email address which is linked to your account.
3 – After you have submitted your email address we will check if your address is stored in our database. If your email address exists as a login or in the address data, the system will send a reset link and a success dialog will appear.
4 - Click the link to reset your password in the email you received in step 3. On the page that appears, enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again. Click Save changes
HINT: From time to time our emails might end up in your email application’s or email provider’s spam folder. You should check it in case you do not receive a reset-password email within 10 minutes.
